Tuesday January 12, 2010, the world could only watch as pictures and video footage flooded the news media on the 7.3 Earthquake that devastated the capital and surrounding areas of the impoverished country of Haiti. Today we must assist by donating if possible, going over to assist if possible, but definitely we must collectively pray. For without prayer it is impossible for us to do any good. So please record a video and pray with me to cover and support those in need in Haiti. This scripture spoke to the humility of prayer. It is good to be humble in prayer. And it also a must to not say everything publicly. However there are examples of public prayer in the bible. Daniel prayed publicly. The tax collector spoke publicly. Jesus prayed numerous times publicly.
So public prayer in a sincere humble heart is okay.

Haiti needs more than prayers right now. They need the military to control looting and roaming gangs. They need the corrupt to be thrown out of the Haiti government.
Haiti needs food and shelter. Haiti needs to be taught some kind of skill. They need medical call.
If ths is not fixed, it would be better that the earthquake does a better job the next time.
