He says the US navy launched a weapon capable of inducing a powerful earthquake off the shore of Haiti. He adds that this time it was only a drill and the final target is to take over Iran.

You can use “relatively” lots of physical energy to brake a glass of wine, by taking a hammer and smashing it, or you can ask a good singer to use certain frequency of his voice ta brake that same glass from good distance. @mrbriscoe2001, I agreed with you, yeah anybody who believes in HAARP’s capability to manipulate the weather and create artificial Earth quakes is all crazy. Like myself, I don’t believe HAARP can create artificial Earth quakes just like I believe Atomic bombs couldn’t possible exist nor destroy two large Japanese cities in a many of minutes.
