I am a scientists. And I can tell you that HAARP can not do what every one has said. And not all HAARPs are run by the USA. Other countries have them. But if HAARP was a weapon we would not use it on Haiti. And if we wanted the oil we would make a deal and get it. Haiti was a broke country and we could of got it a lot EZer. The US is Not the monster that people make us out to be. Mother nature is a bitch.
